Total reward
All our benefits come together to form a package we call Total Reward. It's based on three key areas:
Performance - rewards for your individual and team performance against agreed objectives.
Flexibility - our Flex package gives you the option of tailoring your benefits package to suit your individual needs.
Choice - when you receive a bonus, we'll let you choose from cash, shares or a combination of both.
Salaries & bonuses
We pay everybody a good basic salary and review pay ranges every year to ensure we stay competitive.
On top of that, you can earn an additional bonus that is broken into percentages based on individual and company performances.
Other Benefits

Paid holiday - between 22 and 30 days a year depending on your role and length of service;
Shares - we operate schemes that offer shares and share options;
Money Purchase Pension - pay between 2% and 8% of your basic salary into our pension scheme and we'll add between 3% and 16% on top depending on the level you reach;
Life Assurance - your nominated beneficiaries will receive a lump sum of four times your salary;
Healthcare - depending on the level of your role, you're entitled to individual private healthcare;

Flexibility

For example, if you're a parent, you might want to buy childcare vouchers at a discount. On the other hand, sun-worshippers can buy an extra day’s holiday with their salary and you may decide to sell some holiday in exchange for cash, too.

Product discounts
As you might expect, we can give you great discounts on some of the products you work with.
